Terms of Partnership
The agreement between My Green Home Energy and installers on our network. You only pay for an allocated, qualified lead.

1. Who we are
My Green Home Energy is operated by Interlink Digital Group Limited. We introduce homeowners who have asked for quotes to independent MCS-certified or OZEV-approved installers.
2. What we do - and do not do
We collect an enquiry, score it, and allocate it to matching partners in the coverage area. We are not the installer, we do not design or install systems, and we do not sell the homeowner's job to you. You remain responsible for surveying, quoting, contracting, and the quality of your work.
3. Pay per lead
There is no monthly fee, minimum spend, or exclusivity. CPA is charged when a lead matching your products and postcode areas is allocated to you. The live Lead Pricing Schedule at the time of allocation is the rate that applies. VAT is added where due. Any trial rate already in force on your account continues until it expires; new partners are billed at the live schedule.
4. Lead quality and disputes
Leads are pre-qualified from the information the homeowner gave us. If a lead is outside your coverage, a duplicate, or the contact details are unusable, raise a dispute from the installer portal within the stated window. Upheld disputes are not billed. We may pause allocation if dispute rates are persistently high.
5. Your obligations
- Keep MCS, OZEV, insurance, and Companies House details current.
- Contact allocated homeowners promptly and treat them fairly.
- Do not sell, share, or use lead data for anything other than quoting that enquiry.
- Tell us if you stop covering a product or area.
6. Term and ending the partnership
Either party can end the partnership on written notice. Outstanding invoices remain payable. We may suspend allocation immediately for unpaid invoices, expired certification, consumer complaints, or misuse of lead data.
7. Liability
We are not liable for whether a homeowner proceeds, for your contract with them, or for installation work. Our liability to you is limited to CPA charged in the previous 12 months, except for death, personal injury, or fraud.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Related privacy and data-sharing terms are in the Data Processing Agreement.
